Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American actress and singer. She is most famous for playing Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012) in addition to Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). In addition, she played the principal role Jerrica Jem Betnton in the film Jem and the Holograms (2005). Aubrey Peeples was raised in Lake Mary in Florida with the parents Wendy as well as Ashley. There is a sibling who is named Ally. Aubrey spent ten seasons performing in the Orlando Repertory Theatre. The valedictory speech she delivered was that for her class during her time at Lake Mary Preparatory School. Harvard University accepted her but was able to enter twice in order to take on the role she played in Nashville. Peeples was a guest on Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and had a recurring role in Necessary Roughness (1991). She was in television film Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009), and The Good Mother. In the second season, she was portrayed by Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. In 2019 Peeples admitted to having bipolar disorder during an interview with NKD Magazine. Indiewire included Peeples as one of the most popular performers under the age of twenty aged in September 2014.
